BuildTrack Showcased AIoT in Action for Green & Resilient Buildings at Green Building Congress 2025

AIoT in Action at the BuildTrack Booth
At the BuildTrack booth, visitors experienced “AIoT in Action”, a live demonstration of how Artificial Intelligence and IoT converge to create connected, sustainable, and future-ready spaces. The booth featured six interactive panels; each designed to simplify sustainability and enhance operational efficiency:
Sustainable Water Management
A solution that allows large residential societies and campuses to more efficiently and sustainably manage their water supply. The solution enables transparency to the overall flow of water and its quality for both the residents and operators of the building. It also lowers the labor requirements and enhances asset life by providing a single point of continuous monitoring and providing essential alerts to ensure uninterrupted and energy-efficient water delivery. New buildings can benefit by achieving credits towards GRIHA, IGBC or LEED certifications through the deployment of this solution.
Smart Energy Management
BuildTrack’s Smart Energy Management system is aimed at providing complete transparency to the consumption of energy in buildings. It enables monitoring and control of high-consumption devices like lights, ACs, motors, and pumps and tracks energy meters in real-time. For sustainability, the energy dashboard compares simulated energy consumption against actual energy meter readings to help optimizes energy consumption.
Adaptive Comfort Control
BuildTrack’s solution continuously monitors air quality, CO₂ levels, humidity, temperature, lighting, and acoustics through advanced sensors and a multi-parameter IAQ monitor. It provides transparency to all these metrics not only for office spaces to ensuring optimal conditions for occupants, but it also does the same for Server Rooms where asset health and performance depend on effective temperature and humidity management.
Proactive Safety Intelligence
BuildTrack’s Proactive Safety Intelligence system monitors smoke, gas leaks, glass break, intrusion, and panic buttons across properties. An interactive dashboard pinpoints alerts instantly, links to live camera feeds, and tracks fire panels, pumps, and water pressure for hoses and sprinklers. AI-driven health checks flag failures, send alerts, and generate preventive maintenance reports—making safety smarter and proactive.
Real-Time Building Twin for Smarter Operations
BIM models used for building construction can be used in operation to serve as a “Twin”. It provides live 3D visualization of building assets and their status as well as people occupancy. It maps alerts for safety, energy, water, and air quality, highlights high-consumption zones, and enables quick situation diagnosis—delivering real-time insights and faster decision-making.
Unified Portfolio Management for Distributed Real Estate
Companies that have a distributed real-estate portfolio need a consolidated monitoring and control of energy, water, comfort, and safety across all their properties on one intelligent dashboard. AI-driven analytics provide instant alerts, helps to optimize response, and support both immediate action and long-term planning.
