Users have access to control and monitor devices through Smart Apps or through voice control via Google Home or Amazon Alexa.

Smart Touch Switches

BuildTrack Smart Touch Switches with their luxurious tempered glass facades, enhance the ambience of any environment with their distinctive looks.

Ultra responsive to touch with backlit indications that provide status. Each module is available in multiple configurations that arrange together to serve your needs in lighting, dimming, fan speed control, curtain and blinds control, door bells and more.

COMFORT

Existing Switch Automation

BuildTrack Smart Nodes can convert any existing switches that toggle ON/OFF to switches that can also be controlled via Smart App or Voice.

We have a variety of nodes enable not just ON/OFF via automation but also dimming of loads such as lighting that are connected to toggle switches. The dimming is by App or Voice only since the switch is only a ON/ OFF toggle.

Wireless or WiFi version of nodes are available to allow deployment for existing homes without needing wiring.

Fan Automation

In existing homes which have a switch and a regulator to operate the fan, BuildTrack offers Smart Nodes that allow the same control via Smart App or Voice Assistants.

BuildTrack Smart Touch Switches also offer fan speed control.

Lighting Automation

Various residential lighting loads can be controlled by BuildTrack Nodes via Smart App and Voice assistants,
  • CFL and Halogen can be turned ON/OFF
  • Incandescent and LED can be dimmed
  • RGB and RGBW LEDs can change colour
For LEDs BuildTrack offers both phasecut dimming as well as 0-10V control for Meanwell drivers.

BuildTrack Smart Touch Switches allow dimming of multiple switches on single module.

Air Conditioning Automation

BuildTrack offers Smart IR Nodes that can communicate with any brand of air conditioner that offers an IR remote option. This allows control via Smart App or voice assistants to turn ON/OFF, set temperature or fan speed control.

The Smart IR Nodes allow measurement of temperature and humidity for both the ambient and the cooled air.

Motorized Curtains & Blinds

The operation of curtains and blinds can be automated using Smart App and Voice Assistants. Dark and sheer curtains can both be controlled as also heavy curtains that weigh upto 100kg, or curtains that need to cover 90deg bends. Similarly, a variety of blinds such as pleated, roman or vertical can be automated.

TV & Set Top Box Control

BuildTrack’s Smart IR Nodes are able to provide control for entertainment devices like TVs and STB from various providers. Any aspect that could be controlled by an IR remote can now be controlled via Smart App or Voice Assistants.

Remote Door Locks

BuildTrack integrates with some of the prominent brands of automated door locks to make them operable by Smart App and Voice.

Two of the commonly used brands by our customers are Dorset and Yale.

Water Heater/Geysers

BuildTrack offers 15Amp socket and nodes to control high capacity requirements like water heaters. This allows control via Smart App or Voice. Scheduling of water heaters also allows for both convenience and energy efficiency.

Water, Diesel Tank, Gate & Garage Management

In villas and independent homes, BuildTrack enables via App,
  • The management of 3 phase water pumps with water tank levels
  • Entry gate and garage door opening and closing
  • Diesel tank monitoring for ensuring fuel levels for generators

SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety Sensors*

Smoke and Gas Leak sensors trigger local alarms and Smart App notification. They can also be monitored centrally for entire buildings.

Security Sensors*

Door intrusion, glass break, panic buttons, key fobs and beam detectors trigger local alarms and Smart App notifications. They can also be monitored centrally for entire buildings.

Video Door Phones

Building Level Video Door Phones have lobby units that are connected to individual homes. Solutions for Villas allows for multiple outdoor units to connect to multiple indoor units with ability to remotely unlock independent locks.

Smart App access is limited to special conditions.

CONVENIENCE

Profiles

BuildTrack Smart App allows users the flexibility to create customized single button ‘profiles’ to turn on/off multiple devices simultaneously (often called ‘scene’ or ‘mood’).

Schedules can also be set to allow devices or profiles to be triggered on specific days or times.

Key Pads For Profiles

BuildTrack allows the unique ability to have KEYPADS with keys to which PROFILES can be assigned from the Smart App.

This allows customization of the action of a physical switch to perform the same action as the PROFILE on the App or Voice Assistant.
